𝟏) 𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐑𝐨𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧

•Lie down, knees bent

•Arms on the side, stretch in

•Hold 10 to 15 seconds, 2 to 3 times a day

•Repeat on the other side

𝟐) 𝐊𝐧𝐞𝐞 𝐇𝐮𝐠𝐬

•Lie flat, hug your right leg

•Hold 10 to 15 seconds, 2 to 3 times a day

•Repeat on the other side

𝟑)𝐏𝐞𝐥𝐯𝐢𝐜 𝐓𝐢𝐥𝐭𝐬

•Lie down, knees bent

•Hands on hips, flatten the back

•Repeat 10 to 15 times, 2 to 3 times a day
