1. Wall Push-up

•Hands against the wall, Body straight

•Bend your elbows and push up

•Do this 10 times for 3 sets

2.Scapular Squeezes

•Put your hands behind your head

•Allow your arm to rest and push back

•Do this 10 times for 3 sets

3.Chin Tuck

•Put 2 fingers on your chin

•Tuck your chin in and relax

•Do this 10 times for 3 sets
