โ€ขHands below bottom, sit straight, hold head to side 10 to 15 sec

โ€ขDo 2-3 times a day

2.๐—–๐—ต๐—ถ๐—ป ๐—ง๐˜‚๐—ฐ๐—ธ

โ€ขSit straight, put 2 fingers on chin

โ€ขTuck in, hold 10- 15 sec

โ€ขDo 2-3 times a day

3.๐—ก๐—ฒ๐—ฐ๐—ธ ๐—ฅ๐—ผ๐˜๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป

โ€ขSit Straight, Head look right, use your right hand, gently push in, hold 10- 15 sec

โ€ขDo 2-3 times a day

โ€ขRepeat on the other side
