1.𝗡𝗲𝗰𝗸 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗰𝗵

•Hands below bottom, sit straight, hold head to side 10 to 15 sec

•Do 2-3 times a day

2.𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗻 𝗧𝘂𝗰𝗸

•Sit straight, put 2 fingers on chin

•Tuck in, hold 10- 15 sec

•Do 2-3 times a day

3.𝗡𝗲𝗰𝗸 𝗥𝗼𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

•Sit Straight, Head look right, use your right hand, gently push in, hold 10- 15 sec

•Do 2-3 times a day

•Repeat on the other side
