Mr. Cyril Tee has held leadership roles in the SAF (retired as a Lieutenant Colonel), Civil Service (was Deputy Director at MTI ) and Thye Hua Kwan Moral Charities (THKMC).  At THKMC, he held the posts of Divisional Director for Home Care & Home Help Services and Divisional Director for Therapy Services. He spent 37 years in the military and  public sectors and 11 years in the private sector.
